1. Usage Permissions Personal Use: You are allowed to use this model for personal activities (e.g., VRChat, chilloutVR, social VR platforms).

Streaming & VTubing: You are allowed to use this model for monetized streaming and video content (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, etc.), provided the model files themselves are not distributed.

Modification: You are free to modify the mesh, textures, and bones for your own personal use.

2. Prohibitions (The "No" List) No Redistribution: You may not share, sell, or distribute the model files (original or modified) to anyone. This includes sending files to friends on Discord or uploading them to file-sharing sites.

No Public Uploads (VRChat/Social VR): You are not allowed to upload this model as a "Public" avatar or to an avatar pedestal/world where others can clone or use it. It must be uploaded as "Private" only.

No Resale of Parts: You cannot take parts of this model (e.g., the hair, outfit, accessories) and sell them on their own or as part of another kitbash set.

No AI Training: Use of this model or its textures to train Generative AI models (Loras, Checkpoints, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

No Hateful Content: You may not use this model for political, religious, or hateful propaganda, or to harass others.

3. Commercial Use Allowed: Monetization via streaming, videos, and standard VTubing activities.

Not Allowed: You cannot use this model in a commercial game, movie, or mass-produced product without prior written permission from the creator.

Commissions: If you want a 3D artist to edit this model for you, both you and the artist must purchase a legal copy of the model. Sharing your file with an artist who has not bought it is considered redistribution.

4. Disclaimer This model is provided "as is." The creator is not responsible for any damage or issues caused by the use of this data.
