.unityfile for direct upload to vrchat.
.vrm for vtubing purposes.
Vrchat model include: cloth toggles, Bikini customizable hue, Effects by MARU, Full body tracking compatible , Eye Track, Lip Sync, over 99 face blendshapes and 20 Expression Combo Gestures.

PERSONAL USE license:

Only use it as Private Model in Vrchat.
Cloning is Prohibited.
ur NOT Allowed to stream with it or use it for any finance income. -ur NOT Allowed to redistribute or resell any part of the model even after adjustments.
ur NOT allowed to redistribute or give any file asset to anyone even for commissioning others, if u want u have to Purchase commercial license.
Simply the files are only for you , for ur own personal use and nothing else.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE:

you have to buy this if you want to use the model in Twitch , or any streaming platform.
you have to buy this if you are someone who want to commission custom Products for the model.
u are allowed to create clothes for the model and sell them ( without the body base or textures).
u are allowed to take commissions for editing or creating anything in the model as long as they will use it for personal use.
u are not allowed to use any part of the model for resell purposes unless its 100% different than the original model and not sold for less than 50 USD , 10,000 jpy.
its 100% prohibited to resell or distribute the Aura / Footsteps in the asset you must buy it from Maru's shop if you want to use it. https://maruworkshop.booth.pm/

❁ How to upload vrchat: -import unity file.

open Vrcsdk dropdown menu > Show control menu
then hit upload .
