オリジナル3Dモデル「ギーン」をご覧いただき、ありがとうございます。 一見誠実そうですが、何か企んでいそうな政治家をモチーフとした、カートゥーン風のキャラクターです。

本商品は、VRchatでの利用を想定した、3Dモデルデータです。

通常のアバターとしての使用以外に、各種VRSNSの規約に反しない範囲で、政治的なイベントへの参加や、特定の政党を本アバターの姿で支援する等の用途に使用する事も可能です。

ただし、特定の政治家のアイデンティティを持った存在として本アバターを使用する事は出来ませんので、ご了承ください。

■導入手順

1.unityにて新規プロジェクトを作成し、 あらかじめ以下のデータをインポートしてください。

・VRCHAT SDK3

2.giin1.0.unitypackageをインポートする。

3.Mecha→Giin→Prefabフォルダ内の「Giin」をHierarchyにドラッグし、アップロード。

本モデルのご利用に際し、以下の利用規約にご同意頂く必要があります。

本モデルを購入された時点で、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。 なお、本利用規約の内容は事前の通知なく変更される場合があり、 本利用規約の変更後も本モデルを利用される場合は、変更後の本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。

■著作権について

本モデル及び本モデルを使用した改変モデルの著作権は製作者、めちゃに帰属するものとします。 また、本モデルの一部を使用したものについても同様とします。

■利用について

・非商用の個人での活動に限り、本モデルの購入者は、以下の3項を行うことが出来ます。 また、これらに関するSNSへの画像の投稿、webサイトへの掲載も許可しています。

①VRChat等、モデルデータをアップロードしアバターなどに利用するサービスでの使用。 この際、本データの改変についても各自の責任のもとであれば、自由に行うことができます。 ②ゲームや映像作品に組み込んでの使用。 ③本モデルを用いてのyoutuberなど、動画サイトでの活動。

・個人での商用利用、法人による本モデルの利用に関しては、事前にご相談ください。

・本モデルは政治的なイベントへの参加や、特定の政党を本アバターの姿で支援する等の用途に使用する事も可能ですが、特定の政治家のアイデンティティを持った存在として本アバターを使用する事は出来ませんので、ご了承ください。

■禁止事項

・公序良俗に反する行為や目的、宗教活動、他者に対する誹謗中傷目的での利用。 ・本モデル、および本モデルを改変したものの再配布。 ・製作者を名乗る等、良識に反する行為全般 ・購入者以外の第三者が、モデルを保持できる状態にする行為。 (VRChatのアバターペデスタル、クローン許可を含む)

・R18・R18Gへの利用は制限致しませんが、ゾーニングにご注意ください。

■ About a copyright.

We assume that a copyright of an alteration model with a this model and a this model belongs to a manufacturer unreasonably. About the one for which the part of the this model was used, like, if, it's done.

■ About use.

• A buyer of a this model can do the following 3 item in spite of business and non-business only activity by an individual. Contribution of a picture to SNS and carrying to a web site about these are also permitted.

(1) Use by the service which uploads model data for VRChat and uses it for avatar. (2) In a game and a picture work, inclusively, and, use. (3) youtuber using a this model is activity by an animation site.

• Please consult about use of a this model by a corporation beforehand.

■ About an alteration.

• When there is an alteration of a this model under each responsibility, you can do freely.

■ Prohibited matter

• Use by an act contrary to good public order and customs, the purpose, politics, religious activities and the slander slur purpose to others.

• A this model and a this model were altered, but it's redistributed.

• Act in general who is against good sense for calling oneself a manufacturer

• The act a third person besides the buyer does in the state which can maintain a model. (Including avatar pedestal of VRChat and clone license)

• I won't restrict use to R18 and R18G, but please be careful about a zoning.

■ Exemption particular

• Even if a trouble and damage, etc. occur by use of a this model, an author and the author person concerned don't shoulder the responsibility at all.
• An author is producing based on scrupulous attention in case of production of a this model, but accuracy of data and safety aren't guaranteed.
