Free to use, I made this from scratch on unity, credit would be nice but its not required.
How to use Place the prefab on your head bone to have a floating teddy bear follow you. Physbones are preset on both prefabs and you can adjust them to whatever you are comfortable with.
Uses Poiomi Toon shader.
