Horns with Particles made completely from scratch for Unity & VRC. Drag and drop the Prefab found in the "Horns" folder onto your Avatar. You can change colors of particle effects and materials on the prefab to change the halo color. MUST SET UP A CONSTRAINT FOR IT TO WORK!! ^^
