アバターを「鍵つき」で販売できるツールです。

いま、アバターを売るということは、そのまま配ってしまうのと同じです。 購入者の一人がどこかにアップロードすれば、次の日には百人が持っています。 そして作者はそれに気づけません。

Keyed は、売るファイルの中身そのものを変えます。 販売するのは、モデルの入っていない「鍵だけ」の軽いファイルです。 購入者が Unity でキーを入力した瞬間に、はじめてアバターがダウンロードされます。 ファイルだけを渡しても、何も開きません。

【できること】

購入者側に導入作業はありません。 unitypackage を読み込むとキー入力のウィンドウが自動で出てくるので、 貼りつければアバターが降りてきます。それだけです。

VRChat SDK での動作確認済みです。 キーなしで Build & Publish を押すと止まり、キーを入れると通常どおり アップロードされます。

【ログについて】

取得します。内容をはっきり書いておきます。

購入者がキーを入力したとき、またはアップロードしたときに、サーバーへ届くのは 「ライセンスキー」と「PC の識別子を一方向ハッシュ化したもの」の二つだけです。 これがあるから「同じキーが4台で使われている」と分かります。 何も記録せずに流出を検知することは、原理的にできません。

ハッシュは元に戻せません。PC 名もユーザー名も、個人を特定する情報も 一切分かりません。

取得しないもの：IP アドレス、個人情報、行動履歴、ツールのフォルダ外にある あらゆるデータ。

動作するのはキー入力時と Build & Publish 時だけで、 バックグラウンドで常駐することはありません。

Sell your avatars with a licence key for every buyer.

Right now, selling an avatar means giving it away. One buyer uploads your package somewhere and a hundred people have it. You never find out.

Keyed changes what's inside the file. What you sell is a small locked shell with no model in it. When your buyer pastes her key in Unity, the avatar downloads into her project. Share that file and it unlocks nothing.

Your buyers install nothing. They import your package, a card appears asking for a key, they paste it, and the avatar downloads. That's it.

Tested in Unity with the VRChat SDK: with no key, Build & Publish stops and asks for one. With a key, it uploads as normal.

DOES IT LOG ANYTHING?

Yes, and here's exactly what. When your buyer unlocks or uploads, two things reach the server: her licence key and a one-way hash of her machine. That's what makes "this key turned up on four computers" possible — there is no way to spot a leak without recording something.

The hash can't be reversed into her computer name, her username, or anything about her. Never collected: IP addresses, personal data, analytics, or anything outside the tool's own folder. It only runs when she pastes a key or presses Build & Publish, never in the background.
