VRChat Smart Watch (Working time, date and heartrate)

⌚Presentation IMPORTANT: The time won't work for Quest users. They WILL see the watch and the 3D model, but the time and heart rate won't display. Sorry, VRChat is limiting This watch requires and external program to feed the OSC data. It is included in the package and should be ran with VRChat. It can also be ran on a local home server if you have one so that it runs 24/24 (that's what I do) Lastly, while the watch works without any heartrate provided, if you want the heartrate to work you will need to feed the data through OSC yourself because each watch is different. I can provide help to feed the heartrate from Garmin watches if needed

It features:

*Displaying heartrate requires you to send it yourself through OSC because it depends of your watch model

✨Getting started To start using the asset, simply drag and drop the prefab onto your avatar To display the current time and date, you will need to launch the included application (OSC/WatchOSC.exe)

🔎FAQ Is this asset Quest compatible? Partially, the model itself is fully Quest compatible but the time and date won't display It is technically possible to make it work on Quest and could be made if the demand is high A quest version if provided in the unitypackage

How do I install it? Simply drag and drop the prefab onto your avatar and run the application when you run VRChat (don't forget to enable OSC)

Do I need any shader? The provided materials use Poiyomi but you can use any shader you want

Can I easily modify the watch? Yes, all source files are included:

• Blender project
• Substance Painter project
• Figma source for the watch face This allows you to easily modify the model, materials and watch face

Why is the watch not showing the correct time and date? The application must be running while VRChat is open to feed the time and date (under OSC/WatchOSC.exe)

Can I use this on Linux / Mac? Yes you can, the Python source code for the program is provided, you can simply run it using Python I encountered a bug, what do I do? If you encounter any issue, please join my Discord and we can look at it
